Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive activation sales across agency holding companies and large independent agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new agency relationships and accelerating the adoption of data-driven solutions with existing clients, transitioning them from traditional activation strategies to innovative propensity models.

Responsibilities

  • Drive activation sales across agency holding companies and large independents.
  • Engage with clients face-to-face to build relationships and represent the company in the market.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing activation deals.
  • Translate audience and custom algorithm capabilities into actionable campaign solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Agency Sales and Partnerships and the SVP of Business Development to support enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Monitor client needs and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of activation sales in AdTech or MarTech, ideally with 3-4 years of experience selling into agencies.
  • Experience with programmatic campaigns or campaign optimization solutions is preferred.
  • Understanding of custom audience solutions and their impact on programmatic ad buying.
  • A network within agencies or prior experience working with media teams at holding companies is strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Location in New York is a plus.
