Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Sales for the Western U.S. This leadership position involves building and leading a dedicated sales team focused on technology, media, and manufacturing customers, driving revenue growth through effective consultative sales strategies. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, and coach a regional team of Strategic Account Executives, ensuring excellence in discovery and enterprise deal management.
  • Define regional priorities and prospecting strategies for large enterprise accounts.
  • Enable complex, multi-stakeholder deals by coaching teams to engage with C-suite and product leaders effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align efforts throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Establish the company's market presence in key enterprise communities and partner ecosystems on the West Coast.
  • Provide insights into regional market trends to shape pricing, product positioning, and industry narratives.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, executive sessions, QBRs, and industry events, with an estimated travel requirement of 30-40%.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of management experience leading enterprise or strategic account executive teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or AI/ML sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling to technology-driven and innovation-focused enterprises across various verticals.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve $1M+ ACV enterprise wins.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or automation solutions with a consultative sales background.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
