Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Sales Leader based in the US to drive growth across high-volume semiconductor Foundries, IDMs, and OSATs. This role requires a strong focus on engaging with companies still reliant on manual processes for yield and quality management, and it offers the chance to work with some of the brightest minds in AI and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize ideal-fit customers in the semiconductor industry.
- Leverage and expand existing industry relationships, focusing on decision-makers in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Articulate the company's value proposition in defect classification and yield management.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using structured frameworks.
- Craft tailored proposals and co-build ROI cases for prospective clients.
- Establish trust and act as a strategic partner to guide customers through their AI adoption journey.
Requirements
- Strong network within high-volume semiconductor fabs, OSATs, and IDMs.
- Experience selling complex technological solutions, particularly in AI and automation.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and inspection workflows.
- Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder, six-figure enterprise deals.
