Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Partner Development professional to drive revenue expansion through key System Integrators (SI) and strengthen the company's go-to-market strategy. This role requires working closely with top-tier partners and fostering significant relationships that will help standardize and scale joint initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and achieve annual co-sell revenue targets.
  • Design and implement partnership constructs with ISV and System Integrators.
  • Collaborate with partners on customer presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Create compelling value propositions to position the company as a preferred solution provider.
  • Work with go-to-market leaders to develop joint industry use cases and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with marketing to launch internal marketing programs that promote the product and partners.
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and sales impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Background in application software with familiarity in hyper scaler sales models.
  • Proven history in leading alliance partnerships with a focus on mutual business benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience managing CRM systems effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level discussions.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and quick to adapt and learn.
