Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Partner Development professional to drive revenue expansion through key System Integrators (SI) and strengthen the company's go-to-market strategy. This role requires working closely with top-tier partners and fostering significant relationships that will help standardize and scale joint initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and achieve annual co-sell revenue targets.
- Design and implement partnership constructs with ISV and System Integrators.
- Collaborate with partners on customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- Create compelling value propositions to position the company as a preferred solution provider.
- Work with go-to-market leaders to develop joint industry use cases and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with marketing to launch internal marketing programs that promote the product and partners.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and sales impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Background in application software with familiarity in hyper scaler sales models.
- Proven history in leading alliance partnerships with a focus on mutual business benefits.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience managing CRM systems effectively.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level discussions.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and negotiation skills.
