We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will play a key role in understanding customers’ challenges and helping them leverage our client's innovative technology to solve their problems. This position requires a driven individual with a strong background in navigating complex sales cycles and working with technical audiences.
Collaborate with solution engineers to plan, prepare, and execute deals in complex technical sales cycles.
Engage with technology and business stakeholders in the target market to generate a robust sales pipeline.
Present clear messaging that articulates how the platform addresses customer issues and offers significant business benefits.
Manage all business aspects of the sales cycle efficiently.
Have a strong grasp of the observability market to guide customers in selecting the right solutions.
5+ years of experience as a new business hunter in SaaS firms with a focus on new customer acquisition and account expansion.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to achieve prospecting and business development goals, including outbound pipeline generation.
Skillful in converting prospects into customers by building relationships and following best practices to enhance sales process efficiency.
Experience in developing and maintaining territory business plans and delivering accurate sales forecasts to leadership.
Willingness to travel within the US to engage with prospects and attend events.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Experience selling observability, log analytics, or monitoring solutions is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
