Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Head of Partnerships & Special Projects. This role, situated within the Founder's Office, emphasizes strategic partnerships, product strategy, and ecosystem development. The goal is to establish the company as the trusted platform for construction estimating and preconstruction workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic integration partnerships with construction software platforms.
  • Drive the company's partnerships target of at least $500K ARR by the end of 2026.
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities for their strategic fit and potential revenue impact.
  • Support the closure of large enterprise accounts as a subject matter expert in preconstruction.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to define the preconstruction platform roadmap.
  • Provide structured feedback from enterprise pursuits into Product and leadership teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at major conferences and industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on preconstruction and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through partnerships and integrations.
  • Established network within the construction ecosystem, including associations and influencers.
  • Proven capability to work across functions on scalable initiatives.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Strong business judgment with a focus on execution.
  • Passionate about construction technology.
  • Bonus: Experience with public-speaking engagements or industry writing.
