Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth and establish a sustainable revenue stream. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying position where you will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Own a full quota and manage a designated territory or segment.
- Conduct the complete sales cycle: discovery, demo, evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and implement deal strategies for all active opportunities.
- Generate pipeline through outbound efforts and account planning.
- Maintain accurate and clean pipeline management in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Customer Experience to enhance sales outcomes.
- Provide feedback from the market to the Product team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, capable of building pipeline independently.
- Strong leadership in the sales process with complex buying groups.
- Ability to navigate outbound sales, account planning, and multi-threading.
- Strong discipline in sales operations, including CRM management and forecasting.
- Experience selling mid-market and low-enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
