Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Sales Executive to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted lead generation programs while managing the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with potential clients in mid-market and high-security sectors to demonstrate the value of our client’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation programs targeting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed monthly and quarterly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address the specific needs and security challenges of potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into market trends and security technology.
- Gather customer feedback to guide product development and refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable and repeatable sales playbook.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth, with an emphasis on achieving 125%+ of quota.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and managing multi-threaded relationships in complex sales cycles.
- Ability to communicate technical product capabilities in a business context for non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience with mid-market clients or in the physical security market is preferred.
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across functions.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a high-growth startup, particularly in a Series A or B setting.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
