Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to elevate their sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about cybersecurity and passionate about closing high-impact deals while being part of a transformative company in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own a designated region and develop a pipeline of high-value opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Conduct a high-velocity, consultative sales process from prospecting through to closing.
  • Identify the key concerns of security leaders and clearly demonstrate how the company's solutions enable faster action and reduced risk.
  • Deliver engaging, outcome-based demos and value propositions that resonate with C-level executives and IT security teams.
  • Collaborate with partners, managed security service providers (MSSPs), and internal teams to drive joint successes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to feedback loops that help continuously refine the sales process, messaging, and overall approach.
  • Accurately forecast revenues and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling complex B2B or cybersecurity solutions, preferably to enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments.
  • In-depth understanding of the cybersecurity buyer, particularly in areas such as vulnerability management, SecOps, or threat intelligence.
  • Comfortable managing multi-threaded deals and engaging with C-suite buyers.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to customize value narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with partner-driven selling and experience working with MSSPs or value-added resellers (VARs).
  • Energetic, curious, and resourceful โ€“ with an aptitude for discovering creative solutions to open doors and close business.
  • Experience with Salesforce and a disciplined approach to managing pipelines and forecasts.
