Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in accelerating their sales momentum, working directly with advanced security-focused enterprises. Responsibilities
- Own a designated region and create a pipeline of high-value opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Manage a fast-paced, consultative sales process from prospecting through to closing.
- Identify key concerns for security leaders and demonstrate how our client’s solutions can mitigate these risks swiftly.
- Deliver impactful, outcome-based demonstrations and value propositions tailored to CISOs, Heads of IT, and security teams.
- Collaborate with partners, managed security service providers (MSSPs), and internal teams to drive successes.
- Provide feedback to improve go-to-market strategies and enhance messaging and sales methodologies.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and uphold a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in selling complex B2B or cybersecurity solutions, ideally to enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly in vulnerability management, SecOps, or threat intelligence.
- Ability to navigate complex deals and engage effectively with C-suite executives.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft value narratives for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience in partner-driven sales, including familiarity with MSSPs or VARs.
- Proactive, curious, and resourceful, with a knack for identifying creative solutions and closing opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce with a disciplined approach to sales pipeline and forecasting management.
