Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional who will take ownership of the pipeline creation and expansion. This role is critical in identifying and engaging high-potential leads, refining our approach based on real-world interactions, and driving deals to closure. You will work closely with the marketing team to provide insights that will shape future strategies and contribute to our overall growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the top of funnel by proactively identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-potential leads with minimal marketing support.
  • Utilize various outreach methods including cold email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events to build a robust pipeline from scratch.
  • Refine and develop the Ideal Customer Profile based on patterns observed in customer conversations to inform marketing strategies.
  • Iterate pitch strategies in real time, adapting messaging and handling objections based on customer feedback.
  • Act as a frontline intelligence source, capturing market signals and customer insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Document and structure actionable feedback on customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior to evolve overall positioning and product roadmap.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with urgency and professionalism, from discovery to closing.
  • Create an exceptional buying experience that turns early customers into enthusiastic advocates and references.
  • Lay the foundation for ongoing relationships, focusing on revenue generation, case studies, referrals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a relentless approach to outreach and lead generation.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple sales activities.
